This park is mostly a trail if anything. But, we put "queen queen" in the trunk and head to the trails. He is getting better at steering, but worse at looking where he's going. >.<

You may have seen on FB these stupid, but funny collages... I thought I'd make one myself. What makes me laugh is that someone actually repinned it onto their board on Pinterest. I have no idea who she is, but at least someONE thinks I'm funny!

Jimmy's Law Conference

From the 16th the 19th I had the pleasure to attend the J. Reuben Clark Law Society Conference. The conference was for LDS Lawyers. This year it was held at Stanford University. The weather was a pleasant 70 degrees. Penn State picked up the tab for flights, hotel, and taxis which was very generous. The conference is held at different locations every year, and next year it will be at Georgetown with Justice Thomas being the keynote. There are various speakers that are invited, panels and breakout sessions are common. I attended one panel about the Arab Spring. A Stanford professor and two other experts spoke about that issue. We were also spoken to by various church general counsel officers, a former governor of Utah and Health and Human Services Secretary under George W. Bush. At the conclusion of the conference I was picked up by, Michelle and her husband, Craig, a friend now living in the Bay Area. Overall, it was a great trip with very little money spent on my end. :D

yes, i know.. i've become less attractive as the days go on. but, let's face it: it's not about me anymore. it's about these 2 boys i've been blessed with!

Valentine's Day

We started the day by going to Playgroup, hosted by Elsie. We had fun and there was lots of kids... and food!

Then when Jimmy got home from school, we all just hung out.

Jae gave Joey a spatula... and there is no better way to say "I love you" than with a spatula! (Click here for reference).

Then he gave him a strainer...

Now to flashback to Vday 2007! When Jimmy and I were dating, we made a Valentine's Day dinner. Steak & potatoes! And other stuff. Anyway, I think we've done this for the past 5 years now!

And here we are in 2012!

We have added 2 little boys since!

Joey likes to scream when he sits in his booster seat. Sure was cute the 1st time. ;)  But hey, w/ a face like this, you can't stay annoyed too long!

So... Jae is holding my childhood doll. I was just about to buzz Jae's head, but thought it'd be funny to take a picture of him holding the doll since their hair is pretty much the same. >.<

When daddy "watches" the boys

Jimmy was cooking or something and I ran out to Walmart. I was in Walmart maybe 10 minutes when he called me to tell me about this...

 And now it is Jae's favorite thing to take the pillows off our bed and put Joey in a pillow prison.
